It's been an action packed week. Some of the highlights include spending time at my favorite girl's boarding school to talk nutrition, a great wedding industry event in horse and wine country and meeting fellow nutrition expert Anne for lunch. My veg friendly lentil shepherd's pie also made the Huffington Post Food page!

• DIY washi tape frames for the wall. Perfect if you like to change images out.
• I want to cover the inside of my desk drawers with this cotton bunny wall paper called 'cottontail tapioca'. 
• With style and grace made veggie nuggets. Sure, they may be intended for kids, but I want to put them on a salad.
