I've been having a blast sharing wedding wellness advice on Huffington Post Weddings. There are so many ways that nutrition and health play into life before, during and after a wedding. Personal example: this marriage is basically built on food. But today we're focusing on the 'post wedding' kitchen life. Specifically, the studies that show couples are likely to gain weight. Yep. You've heard of the freshman 15, but there's also post wedding weight gain. But there doesn't have to be!

I've found that the majority of my clients I meet as 'Mrs.' are struggling with meal times because of these top 5 excuses.

  1. "I'm stressed and tired."
  2. "I don't know how to cook."
  3. "I don't know what to make."
  4. "I don't have time to cook."
  5. I don't have the tools or space."

I totally get all of these. I think we've all had these moments before. So I took all 5 and gave tips to skip these "but, but, buts!" and stay healthfully ever after.  Are these any of your usual hang ups?
